No, you do not need to decide if you would like to work with me at the end of a consultation- in fact, I encourage you to take some time to reflect if working together is something you are interested in. We will discuss on the phone when I would like to hear back from you!

I can! If you’re curious about potential OCD symptoms, we will review an assessment together to see if your symptoms align with the condition.

I take a neuroaffirming, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ supportive, and sex positive approach in my practice. I understand these facets of our being shape and define our experiences, making them an important element of exploration in sessions.

I typically schedule clients on a weekly or biweekly basis starting out, and can move to ad hoc or monthly when appropriate.
While most clients have a standing session day and time, this is not required and can be flexible in scheduling.

My time slots are at 10am, 11am, 1pm, and 2pm Monday through Thursday for 55 minute sessions.

Sessions are scheduled to be 55 minutes in length, however can be shorter depending on your schedule or needs. Rates will not change based on session length.

I require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your session. If you let me know within that period that you cannot attend, the full session rate will apply as the cancellation fee.
With that being said, I do my absolute best to get you rescheduled! If we can reschedule the session for the week of, the cancellation fee will not apply. Additionally, I do not apply fees in case of emergencies.
For no-shows, I will wait for 15 minutes after the session start time for you to show. After then, the fee will apply.

I utilize Simple Practice, an online HIPAA-compliant platform that I will get you set up in after you let me know you’d like to work together. They will email you links to join before our sessions.
Clients are required to be located in Washington, DC at time of session.

If you reach out, I am happy to check your out-of-network benefits for you through Thrizer, a third party platform which manages OON billing.
If you would like to check on your own, you can call the member services number on the back of your insurance card.

I utilize Thrizer, a third party platform which manages your OON billing for you.
Additionally, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company on your own if not looking to work with Thrizer.
